The range of services extends from evaluation of your service delivery to providing customized solutions to improve service to your customer segments. We take a four-pronged approach to assisting small and medium-sized companies (SMEs).

Once we have agreed on terms, we will:-

  • assess the client’s needs relative to their company goals, strategic objectives and service philosophy;
  • observe and interview employees in their normal work environment to identify and clarify needs;
  • customise operational, human resource systems and training solutions for all levels of employees to address gaps in performance or help define company goals and strategic objectives; and
  • monitor employees’ behaviour in their work environment and take corrective action as needed.

In the normal process of our work, we review your systems and make recommendations for changes, in order to achieve your objectives.

We can also review existing documents contained within your Performance Management system and assist in updating or creating them relative to your objectives. These include Knowledge & Task Inventories, Job Descriptions, Training Programmes and Performance Evaluation Forms.
